No 5: Aultmore Distillery
The fifth bottling has been chosen from a small selection of hand-picked cask samples by Stephanie Macleod and Iain Lochhead of John Dewar and Sons from Aultmore Distillery. This first fill American barrel was filled in July 2002 and bottled in September 2020 after 18 years of maturation.
The spirit has not been chill-filtered and has been bottled at 58.3%. The outturn of the cask yielded 121 bottles. Limited to one bottle per purchase.
